Get Involved with the WCCF!

We value volunteerism in our small town.  The community center takes a lot of effort and involvement from many people, and in order to make a go of it we need all the help we can get.

Some ideas on how you can help:

  • Join our committee

  • Volunteer to help set up or tear down for an event

  • Make a dish or dessert

  • Wash dishes

  • Serve food

  • Bartend and bar stocking

  • Help clean the facility

  • Help with facility improvements

  • Donate your skilled labor or expertise for a project

  • Go shopping for us

  • Pursue grants and donations

  • Donate useful items for our kitchen

  • Provide muscle for moving heavy objects!

Mountain Ridge

Climbing the Mountain - Together

We and our city partners work relentlessly to continuously improve and maintain the center.  This includes applying for grants and holding fundraising events.

 

Would you consider helping us climb the mountain?  We have many needs large and small, and a lengthy wish-list of equipment and improvements in mind.

​

Some of our bigger ideas:  renovate our bathrooms to make them more private and less like the school trough approach we currently have;  create a new portico-style entrance on the west side of the building;  create an outdoor space just off the Davis Family Atrium to enhance our renters' experience; replace many old ceiling tiles, replace a treadmill, stationary bike, and other equipment in the cardio room; redo the landscaping wall surrounding the new gym.

All donations are tax-deductible, as the WCCF is a federal tax-exempt organization under IRC 501(c)(3).
