Community Room

Our most popular space is homy, easy to access, and perfect for family gatherings, meetings, or small events. Seated capacity 75.

Cardinal Hall

Formerly the "old gym", this auditorium and gymnasium is perfect for team practices, wedding receptions, dances, and parties.

It includes an elevated stage and the Davis Family Atrium, an updated entrance area which includes a full bar. Seated capacity ~ 250

East Conference Room

This smaller room is perfect for meetings. It is adjacent to the Nut Bar, a full beverage bar. Seated capacity 35.

Warrior Hall

Formerly the "new gym", this larger facility can hold up to 600 people (seated capacity 450). It includes an atrium and a full bar, six basketball hoops, volleyball equipment, and bleachers on both sides.

Davis Family Atrium

Our former "old gym lobby" has been transformed through a generous gift from the Earl Davis family. It includes an optional full beverage bar.

South Conference Room

This smaller room is perfect for meetings and small gatherings. It is our most private space - off the beaten path. Seated capacity 50.

Cardinal Hall (old gym) $300 includes Davis Atrium

Warrior Hall (new gym) $350 includes lobby

Community Room $125

- Half days (when applicable) $75

East Room $80

South Room (former ICN) $80

Youth sports practices - $1 per player per practice.

Wedding Rates - Old Gym:

-1st day $500 (includes set up and tear down of tables)

-additional days $400 per day

-Half days $200

Wedding Rates - New Gym:

-1st day $550 (includes set up and tear down of tables)

-additional days $450 per day

-Half days $225

These are all-day rental rates.

Non-profit rates are available.

Damage deposit is required.

The WCCF offers the following:

- concession stand and bar service.

- table / chair set up and tear down for $100.

- cleanup services after the event.

- a large selection of decorative accessories to rent for weddings and other events
